Our senior nurse, Mrs Y.Y. Wong is trained in the treatment of minor illnesses, as part of an initiative by Gloucester General Practices, in conjunction with the University of Gloucestershire.

Closely supported by the doctors, Mrs Wong will be offering advice to patients and treating where appropriate.

You may be offered the opportunity to speak to Mrs Wong when you ring for an appointment and she will discuss with you the best way to provide the help you need in the quickest time.

An annual check-up is offered to all patients over the age of 75.

All adults are welcome to attend a well person health check with our nurses.

Our premises have suitable access for people with disabilities and parking is available.

Comments on any aspect of the practice will be received with interest. Please pass any such comments on to the staff or doctors. We are keen to provide a high standard of service. Please help us to do so. Complaints or grievances should be passed directly to Mrs Hopkins.

The practice is approved for the training of post-graduate doctors. We are grateful for your assistance in this process.

All our patients records are kept on computer. We can assure patients of complete confidentiality. Your rights are also protected by the Data Protection Act.
