Patients on regular medication, may request repeat prescriptions. The request should be made in writing and preferably by ticking the items required on the tear-off slip (attached to your previous prescription). You may bring your request to the surgery or post it to us. You should provide a stamped, self addressed envelope if you would like us to return the prescription to you by post. In all cases,please allow at least 48 hours for completion.

As you will see below we can now take requests via our website, please follow the links below. Please state clearly which doctor you see and any dosages of medication.

Your doctor will ask to see you to review your repeat medication every 6-12 months.

Repeat Prescription Confirmation Emails

Due to recent updates on the NHS Server. We have been informed that when you request a prescription online you will no longer receive a confirmation email.

We have been assured that when you request a repeat prescription through the online system,that it is confirmation enough that it has been sent to us. An error message will be received if it has not.

Therefore, when you click the "Submit" button you will get a confirmation message saying "Your email has been sent to the surgery".

If, for whatever reason, the email is not sent you will be notified with a message on screen saying "Your email has NOT been sent. Please contact your surgery directly in order to process your repeat presctiption."
